Everyone was helpful but Omar was the best. I am 72 and he was patient and kind and explained everything to me. There were a couple of hiccups in the process and worked it all out. I called them around January 6th . I signed the title over February 7th. I didn't have to do anything. They are the best. And I can't thank Omar enough!!
